Book review
I love the Beautiful Creatures books. So I needed this manga (I guess I have a soft spot for graphic novels / mangas of books I love!).
Beautiful Creatures is about Ethan Wate, who lives in this town called Gatlin, and he can’t wait to go to college and finally leave town. Meanwhile he’s having these dreams about a beautiful girl he’s never met. But one day Lena, the niece of a mysterious man, moves to town and Ethan feels a connection to her. Lena has some powers that she’s learning how to control and there’s a curse haunting her family. Can she keep her family’s secrets?
I loved this manga as much as I loved the book the first time I read it. These books have a special place in my heart and I’m sad there’s not more mangas for the rest of the series.
It was incredible to see this story on the page (even though it was in black and white and it would have been even more amazing with colors!). I really loved this manga. Make the rest of the mangas for these series!!
